Hilton is a Georgia native who uses music as a form of self expression. She is passionate about Blues in the Schools because she loves watching the kids fall in love with music. To Hilton, music is a way to hear stories and create memories.
Hilton studied marketing at Missouri Valley College, while simultaneously interning for Roots and Blues. She graduated from both college and interning, and now serves as the Assistant Director of the festival. She also works at Confetti Craft Co., and is a LulaRoe consultant.
In her free time, Hilton enjoys taking fiddle lessons, crafting, reading, and her dog. Her favorite bands are Shovels and Rope and the Old 97’s.
She has been involved in the festival since 2014, but joined the board in November of 2015.
